Overview

Automated Logic Corporation (ALC) is a Carrier company producing the WebCTRL Building Automation System, a widely used web-based BAS platform for commercial HVAC monitoring, control, and energy management. WebCTRL uses native BACnet controllers and supports ASHRAE Guideline 36 high-performance HVAC sequences, built-in Fault Detection and Diagnostics (FDD), and predictive analytics as add-ons. The platform is available as on-premises software or as WebCTRL Cloud (AWS-hosted SaaS), eliminating the need for on-site BAS servers and providing automatic updates and secure remote access. Automated Logic is a strong player in the North American contractor market, especially for mid-to-large commercial office, healthcare, and education buildings.
