Overview

Qolsys is a San Jose, based security technology company best known for the IQ Panel product family, all-in-one touchscreen intrusion panels combining the keypad, siren, and central controller in a single wall-mount tablet form factor. The IQ Panel 4 and IQ Panel 5 run on Android and natively support DSC PowerG/PowerG+ encrypted wireless sensors (via an optional daughter card or built-in), as well as legacy 319.5 MHz and 345 MHz frequencies from Interlogix and 2GIG platforms, providing broad backward compatibility. Alarm.com serves as the primary cloud platform for remote management, automation, and professional monitoring connectivity. The panels include a built-in camera for visual verification, Z-Wave Plus V2 for smart home automation, and 4G LTE + Wi-Fi dual-path communication. Qolsys is used primarily in residential and light commercial markets across North America.
